GS SUPPORT PACKETS

An Advanced Gluten Support & Immune Support System

by Dr. Tom O'Bryan

GS Support Packets are a powerful combination of
5 nutritional formulas in convenient daily dose packets.

All roads lead to Rome.

When first addressing inflammation, you have stop throwing gasoline on the fire. You know the foods and the environmental factors that are triggering the inflammation? We have to eliminate the triggers or else you keep fueling the fire. When you’ve got a garden hose trying to put the fire out (the supplements), but you’re still throwing gasoline on the fire…that fire is going to continue, right?

GS Support Packets are formulated based on the pleiotropic approach that “all roads lead to Rome”.

There is no one product that is going to heal intestinal permeability (only colostrum has this potential in newborns). What you need is a symphony of players that turn on different responses. There’s over 1200 genes in the gut that affect inflammation that either turn on inflammation or turn off inflammation. 1200. No one supplement gets at all of them. And so you need a number of approaches to get to the result of turning off the inflammation that’s causing intestinal permeability.

This is why we use multiple approaches to turn on different genes, to get the job done. The gluten sensitivity packets that we put together are 22 different nutrients that have all been shown individually to correct intestinal permeability in one way or another. Each does a different job. Vitamin D does a very different job than turmeric does. Then glutamine does it’s job while broccoli does another. Every one of these ingredients will help us “get to Rome”, to turn on the genes, to calm down the inflammation, and stimulate the genes that build new tissue to heal the gut.

I, also, always recommend our colostrum along with our GS Support Packets. Together using Mother Nature’s approach with the pleiotropic approach is your “first class ticket” to Rome.

Dr. Tom explains the pleiotropic approach and dosage for GS Support Packets.

What makes our GS Support Packets so special?
Here are just a few of the incredible nutrients we have sourced.

Sulforaphane

Sulforaphane, in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, potently inhibits neoplastic cellular processes and prevents a number of disease states - meaning it blocks the formation of cancer cells. The active ingredient from broccoli seeds that helps prevent cancer cell formation throughout the body (sulforaphane) in the GS Support Packets, is 3- to 4-fold more bioavailable than sulforaphane from other sources.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic botanical grown in India that is revered for its ability to balance, energize, rejuvenate, and revitalize. Ashwagandha is an ancient Sanskrit for smell of the horse, which refers to both its unique smell and ability to increase strength. It is used to support the immune system from viral infections.

Curcumin

Every Holistic Practitioner knows the anti-inflammatory value of curcumin, the most active ingredient of turmeric. But most do not know that more than 80 research papers, including 45+ clinical studies show that on Curcumin C3 Complex (in GS Support Packs) turn on more genes of anti-inflammation than curcumin by itself.

Vitamin B

The easier it is for the body to use folate, the more you reduce your risk of inflammation in your cardiovascular system, in your brain actually in every tissue of your body. One of the most expensive forms of folate (so very few companies use it) is Quatrefolic. It is absorbed 20% better than the very famous, and useful, 5MTHF. GS Support packs use Quatrefoliic

Here are a few examples:
Vitamin B1:
Arguably, one of the most important vitamins to support our body in breaking down the toxins we all are exposed to is the B vitamin folate. The percentage of the population with a ‘weak link in their chain‘ in being able to use folate (even if you get enough) is shown in the graph below. Thus, the easier it is for the body to use folate, the more you reduce your risk of inflammation in your cardiovascular system, in your brain actually in every tissue of your body. It stops the enzyme that produces the crud beta-amyloid plaque in the brain. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22961478/
Here’s a quote from 1 of the studies: ‘long-term administration of benfotiamine improved the cognitive ability of patients with AD. Benfotiamine significantly improved the cognitive abilities of mild to moderate AD patients independently of brain amyloid accumulation’. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27696179/
Ashwagandha:
Arguably, the #1 herb being recommended in India right now by Ayurvedic doctors to support the immune system from viral infections is ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic botanical grown in India that is revered for its ability to balance, energize, rejuvenate, and revitalize. Ashwagandha is an ancient Sanskrit for smell of the horse, which refers to both its unique smell and ability to increase strength.

Studies show ashwagandha:

And it goes on & on with ashwagandha. There are 1,350 studies in the English language, on the benefits and low toxicity of ashwagandha.

Modern research studies suggest Osha may support the immune system by offering protective effects against oxidative damage.

I want to thank you for your existence. I want you to know that functional medicine has changed my life, well the life of my autistic son. So much so that I plan on taking the Functional Medicine Health Coach Certificate and work with my new friend who is now a Functional Medicine Doctor from the Institute of Functional Medicine and spread the word on GI testing and how finding the underlying issues will help eliminate autistic traits.

I hope to be able to meet you one day so I can share this great news with others. Changing my son’s diet has changed him. Food is medicine!! By the way, I’m cooking my rutabaga. I’m Italian and never grew up with these. With love.

Patricia Puddle

Good morning Dr. Tom, Would just like to say thank you! This time last year I was going through a hell of a time with my gut. Terrible indigestion on a regular basis, feeling as if I had eaten a boulder and the tiredness was doing my heed (scottish for head) in! With two young girls being tired is not an option!

I went to the doctors on a number of occasions and they decided to prescribe omeprazole to mask the problem, sorry help my problem. I decided taking these drugs was not an option for me! So I started googling the life out of it!! Low and behold you started popping up!! Oh and Gluten intolerance!

Your advice has been second to none! You have in my case really simplified what gluten does to my body and now that I have cut it out (which as it appears in lots of foods, some I can’t understand) I have found that my symptoms very quickly reduced and now I’m a year down the line they have gone for the vast majority of the time!! For that I’m truly grateful. I now follow you on YouTube and Instagram, which continues to educate me and the importance of gut health. I look forward to your future advice. Yours faithfully,

Gary Christie
