How do I return an Item?
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our products and online programs, excluding lab tests.
- Unopened products (excluding lab tests) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a processing fee of 15%. Please note that all containers must have the original seals intact to be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping paid by the customer.

What is the cancellation policy for lab tests?
Due to the fees we incur after a test order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on test orders.
